Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition for all heavy items, and unused and in their original packaging for personal gear.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

For online payments, refund is eligible for up to 30 days. Refund of full amount will be applied in the first 14 days, after which a processing fee of 2% will be deducted from the original amount.
Refund processing may take up to 14 days.
