Shipping & Return Policy

 

General Policy:

As ruled by the ministry of trade, a 2-week refund policy applies to all products unless already used. Items that appear with faults in production “misuse excluded” can be returned once discovered without the 2-week policy.

Personal use items are not returnable once used for hygienic purposes as instructed by the ministry of health “includes apparel, personal accessories, bags, and items that are in direct use with the body “e.g. weighted vests”.

For any eligible case of malfunction, a full refund of the originally paid amount applies to the buyer. In case of preference returns, handling and logistics fees will be applied and deducted from the original paid amount before the refund is applied.

 

Shipping Time:

Inside Greater Cairo:

Ready-made products usually ship within 3 business days “weekends & holidays excluded”. Orders placed after 3 pm are processed starting the next business day.

For items that requires assembly and/or installation, we ship within 6 business days “weekends & holidays excluded”.

Pick Ups are available from our factory in Abou Rawash, Cairo-Alexandria desert road from Sunday to Thursday, from 10 am till 2 pm.

For any damaged/faulty/torn product that arrives to your door, you can simply refuse to accept it without paying any delivery fees.

Outside Greater Cairo:

Ready-made products usually ship within 6 business days “weekends & holidays excluded”. Orders placed after 3 pm are processed starting the next business day.

For items that requires assembly and/or installation, we ship within 7 business days “weekends & holidays excluded”.

For any damaged/faulty/torn product that arrives to your door, you can simply refuse to accept it without paying any delivery fees.

 

Force Majeure:

Delays might occur in case of force majeure that includes but are not limited to road accidents, bad weather, disease breakout, curfews, lock-downs, and other similar emergency situations that might occur.
